CoinDesk 20 performance update: Bitcoin (BTC) trades flat as index declines

In its latest daily market analysis, CoinDesk Indices sheds light on the top performers and underachievers within the CoinDesk 20 Index, a benchmark that spans multiple global trading platforms. As of the latest assessment, the CoinDesk 20 has dipped to 1982.06, marking a decline of 0.6%, or 12.51 points, from its level at 4 p.m. ET on Wednesday. Notably, only one out of the 20 constituent assets has managed to buck the trend and post gains. At the forefront of the gainers are ICP, which has surged 1.5%, and BTC, which has held steady with a negligible 0.0% increase. Conversely, AAVE and XLM have struggled, plummeting 3.6% and 2.7%, respectively.
