Join the Stablecoin and Payments Conference Hackathon, held from 20th to 21st March 2026, in Ecublens, Vaud. A hackathon is a 36-hour hands-on coding competition at EPFL’s BC Building where participants build real blockchain projects focused on stablecoins and payments, collaborate with peers, receive support from club members and sponsors, and compete for prizes while networking and learning about crypto infrastructure. The EPFL BSA Conference – Stablecoins & Payments (also at EPFL’s BC Building) is a deep-dive conference featuring expert talks and panel discussions on stablecoins, central bank digital currencies (CBDCs), regulation, institutional DeFi, merchant integration, and payments, with opportunities to connect with speakers and attendees through sessions and networking during breakfast, lunch, and breaks. Organized By Blockchain Student Association – EPFL, a student-run community at EPFL that promotes learning and innovation in Blockchain and Crypto through hackathons, meetings, and hands-on educational events.
