XRP Ledger Leads Tokenized Asset Race With $1.9 Billion in RWA Inflows, Outpacing Ethereum

2 min read

XRPL (the XRP Ledger) announced that it has secured the largest net inflows of real‑world asset (RWA) tokenization in the past 90 days, drawing $1.9 billion from investors, according to data from the RWA Foundation.

XRPL Leads RWA Inflows

The $1.9 billion figure surpasses Ethereum’s $1.6 billion and Stellar’s $1.4 billion, positioning XRPL ahead of its blockchain rivals. BNB Chain attracted $848 million, Solana $611 million, Avalanche $362 million, Sei Network $202 million, and Mantle $90 million during the same period. The XRPL Foundation highlighted this milestone as evidence that the ledger is rapidly becoming a preferred home for tokenized assets.

Tokenized Asset Market Expands Rapidly

Messari’s Q1 2026 report recorded XRPL’s total RWA market capitalization at $2.25 billion, reflecting a 124.1 % surge from the previous quarter. This growth lifted XRPL from seventh to fourth place among blockchains measured by RWA market cap. Distributed RWA assets on XRPL reached $451.1 million by quarter‑end, up 35.6 % from $332.7 million a few months earlier.

Investors are increasingly allocating capital to XRPL’s tokenized offerings, a trend that could influence XRP price dynamics and broader crypto market sentiment. As the blockchain ecosystem continues to prioritize real‑world asset integration, XRPL’s momentum suggests a durable competitive edge.
