Small Businesses Get Digital Boost as Innovative Incubator Broadens Reach

Sky Venture Labs, a venture studio focused on digital business infrastructure, announced a strategic partnership with Lavie System Solutions, a Malaysian software development company working with SMEs since 2008. The companies plan to help businesses across Malaysia and Southeast Asia move away from fragmented manual operations toward integrated digital systems.
The partnership combines Sky Venture Labs’ experience in AI adoption, venture strategy, product development, and growth systems with Lavie’s background in software engineering, ERP platforms, POS systems, e-commerce solutions, and mobile applications. Both companies are targeting small and medium enterprises.
The joint offering will focus on practical business infrastructure instead of isolated software products. SMEs will be able to access ERP and POS systems, inventory management tools, customer relationship platforms, booking systems, e-commerce integrations, and AI-assisted automation for routine tasks like reporting, customer support, and data entry. The companies also plan to provide unified dashboards that give business owners real-time operational visibility.
The first phase of the partnership will target Malaysian businesses in retail, food and beverage, manufacturing, professional services, and B2B trade. Later, the companies expect to expand the model into other Southeast Asian markets where SME digitalization gaps remain significant.
