The Hashgraph Group Launches BrandBoost Platform

The Hashgraph Group, a Swiss Web3 and AI technology company, introduced BrandBoost, a new platform designed to help businesses build more active customer engagement through gamification and digital rewards.
BrandBoost works as a SaaS platform and allows brands to create real-time interactions using no-code tools, community challenges, digital collectibles, and personalized incentives. The system uses behavioral data and AI analytics to help companies build stronger and more direct relationships with users.
The platform is built on Hedera’s distributed ledger technology and also integrates several products from The Hashgraph Group. AssetGuard, the company’s enterprise digital wallet solution, enables self-custody storage, while IDTrust, its identity verification platform, helps create secure consumer profiles. Businesses can also issue branded digital loyalty tokens that users can earn, spend, trade, and redeem.
The company also partnered with Truesense, a location and sensing technology provider, to integrate ultra-wideband technology. This allows proof-of-presence verification with high location accuracy during events and interactive campaigns. The companies recently tested the system in a pilot project with a Latin American media and entertainment provider, showing possible use cases for audience engagement and content monetization.
BrandBoost is aimed at industries including sports, media, entertainment, and telecom, where companies are increasingly looking for new ways to improve customer retention and create additional revenue streams.
